About Us

A new kind of
cultural partner

CLTR was born from the belief that creativity deserves structure, dignity, and continuity. We support artists and cultural institutions in building identities that last, not just appear.

We work with people who:

  • • Want long-term growth
  • • Are serious about their voice
  • • Seek strategic clarity
  • • Value cultural impact

We exist to do
cool shit.

Our Story

CLTR was not created to add more noise to the creative world. It was created to bring clarity to it.

For many artists and cultural organizations, the challenge is not talent, ideas, or passion. The challenge is structure. Incredible work often exists without the strategy, positioning, and systems that allow it to be seen, understood, and sustained.

CLTR was born from observing this gap.

We saw artists doing powerful work but struggling with visibility. We saw cultural organizations producing meaningful projects but lacking the communication strategy to reach the right audience. And we saw a digital landscape where attention often favors noise over substance.

CLTR exists to change that dynamic.

Our role is to help creatives and cultural institutions transform their presence from fragmented visibility into meaningful recognition. Not through hype, trends, or temporary exposure, but through thoughtful positioning, strategic identity, and long-term thinking.

The idea behind CLTR continues to evolve through real-world experience. Through cultural work, collaboration, and entrepreneurship, we are shaping a model that connects artistic purpose with audience understanding.

Because culture deserves more than attention. It deserves structure, clarity, and continuity.

CLTR is not just about communication. It is about building the foundation that allows culture to last.

"CLTR is me and me is CLTR"

Anouar Majdi

I grew up surrounded by culture, stories, and people who carried creativity in everyday life, even when resources were limited. From early on, I was drawn to images, ideas, and the way culture moves people.

Photography and visual storytelling became my first language. Through the camera, I learned how to observe the world differently, how to capture moments, identities, and emotions that often go unnoticed.

Over time, that curiosity expanded beyond images. I became interested in how culture is communicated, how artists build their presence, and why powerful creative work sometimes struggles to reach the audiences it deserves.

Living and working across different countries shaped that perspective even more. Today, based in Berlin, one of Europe's most dynamic creative capitals, I work at the intersection of culture, communication, and strategy.

Along the way, I have worked with artists, cultural organizations, and creative communities, not just creating content, but helping shape narratives, direction, and long-term vision.

CLTR was born from that journey.

I created CLTR because I saw too many talented creatives doing meaningful work without the structure or positioning needed to sustain it. In a world driven by constant content and short attention spans, culture often needs more than visibility, it needs clarity, strategy, and purpose.

CLTR exists to bridge that gap.

My role is not just to communicate culture, but to help build the foundation that allows creative work to grow, resonate, and last over time.

And the journey is only just beginning.
